Inside Sales Engineer

About this Position

Connectify creates innovative networking software products. Our Speedify software is a new kind of VPN that combines multiple internet connections on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android and Linux. It is being licensed by large enterprises and white-labeled by major carriers.

Connectify is currently hiring a technically-minded full-time Inside Sales Engineer to help grow enterprise and carrier clients for Speedify. This position is located in our sunny office space in Center City, Philadelphia.

As Connectify’s Inside Sales Engineer, you will:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of how our software works and how it can meet the needs of potential enterprise/carrier clients.
  • Convert leads into new clients through email, phone, and in-person outreach.
  • Identify and develop our target markets by creating new use cases for the Speedify software.
  • Manage and strengthen existing client relationships by providing technical support.
  • Guide new clients through the planning and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • 3-4 years of technical sales experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with–and interest in-networking technology
  • Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites.
