Speedify Lets You Use Multiple Starlink Dishes at the Same Time for Faster Upload and Download Speeds
You can run multiple Starlink dishes at the same time. Each dish provides a separate internet connection. Speedify bonds those internet connections simultaneously using Speedify’s channel bonding technology, so all connected dishes carry your traffic at once. You get faster upload and download speeds from the combined capacity of every dish, plus automatic failover if any one of them drops.
This guide explains how running multiple Starlink dishes works in practice, what Speedify adds, and how to get started.
What It Means to Run Multiple Starlink Dishes at the Same Time
Each Starlink dish is a separate internet connection with its own router, IP address, and bandwidth allocation. By default, your device connects to one dish at a time. Switching between dishes manually is possible but gives you no speed benefit and no automatic failover.
Speedify changes this. With Speedify running on your device, all active Starlink connections are bonded together. Traffic is distributed across every dish simultaneously. If one dish drops due to weather, obstruction, or congestion, Speedify moves all traffic to the remaining dishes without dropping your active sessions.
The number of dishes Speedify can bond is not fixed. Speedify can combine as many connections as your device has active interfaces. Two dishes, three dishes, or more — Speedify manages all of them.
Note: For the strongest redundancy, dishes on separate Starlink accounts are served by different satellite infrastructure pools and are less likely to experience outages at the same time as dishes on a single account.
How Speedify Manages Multiple Starlink Internet Connections Simultaneously
Speedify monitors all active internet connections in real time, measuring latency, packet loss, and available bandwidth on each one continuously. When all connections are performing well, Speedify distributes traffic across all of them and delivers up to 95% of their combined upload and download capacity.
When one connection degrades or drops, Speedify reroutes traffic across the remaining active connections at the packet level. Sessions stay live. No manual intervention is needed.
Speedify also encrypts all your internet traffic across every connection, keeping your data protected regardless of which dish carries it.

How to Use Multiple Starlink Dishes at the Same Time with Speedify
Step 1: Set Up Each Starlink Dish
Ensure each Starlink dish is installed, activated, and broadcasting its own network. Each dish needs its own router. Note the network name and connection method (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) for each one.
Step 2: Connect Your Device to All Active Starlink Networks
Connect to each Starlink router using separate physical interfaces on your device: Ethernet cables to separate ports, or a combination of Ethernet and USB Wi-Fi adapters for Wi-Fi connections. Each connection must appear as a separate active interface in your network settings.
Step 3: Download and Run Speedify
Download Speedify and install it on your device. Speedify will detect all active connections and begin bonding them immediately. No manual routing configuration is required.
Speedify manages all connections from that point: combining them for faster upload and download speeds, monitoring every path, failing over automatically, and encrypting all traffic.

Who Should Run Multiple Starlink Dishes with Speedify
- Businesses and remote facilities that need higher combined throughput than a single Starlink dish can provide
- Broadcast and media production teams uploading large video files from locations where a single dish is not enough
- Emergency response operations and mobile command centers that require redundant satellite connectivity with automatic failover
- Offshore platforms, research stations, and vessels relying entirely on Starlink for internet access and needing multiple active paths
- IT managers overseeing multi-dish Starlink deployments who want software-based bonding and failover across all active dishes

Speedify Monitors All Your Starlink Dishes in Real Time
Speedify displays real-time Starlink dish alerts for each connected dish in the app dashboard. If any dish detects a stuck actuator motor, a non-vertical mast, or a thermal throttle condition, Speedify surfaces the alert immediately. Alerts appear when the condition has been active for at least 15 seconds and clear once resolved.
Speedify gives you hardware visibility across all your Starlink dishes from a single dashboard.
