3 Steps to Combine 4G / 5G Mobile Data and Wired Ethernet at the Same Time on Android
Step 1: Make Sure the 4G / 5G Cellular Data Connection Is On and Working
Check that 4G/5G cellular is working on your Android phone or tablet.
Swipe down from the top of the screen and check that Mobile data is on. You can also open Settings and go to Connections > Data usage (Samsung Galaxy) or Network & internet > SIMs (Google Pixel) and turn on Mobile data.
Step 2: Connect Wired Ethernet to Your Android Device
To use a wired Ethernet connection on your Android phone or tablet, you need a USB Ethernet adapter that fits its port. Check the adapter's specifications or reviews to make sure it works with your phone or tablet.
Plug the adapter into your phone or tablet and connect an Ethernet cable from the adapter to your router or modem.
