Speedify Connects 4 Starlink Dishes for Faster, More Reliable and Secure Internet
To combine 4 Starlink dishes into one faster, more reliable internet connection, connect all 4 Starlink routers to one computer and run Speedify on it. You don’t need a special router or other networking gear. Speedify uses all 4 Starlink dishes at the same time, so video calls, streaming, online games and large uploads get nearly the full speed of all 4 combined, and if one Starlink dish drops, the other 3 keep you online.
That matters most for remote workers, power users and families in rural areas, where one Starlink dish can fall short when the network is busy or the weather is bad.

Starlink Internet Connection Dropouts Happen to Everyone
Speedify measures thousands of Starlink users in more than 150 countries. From 29 September to 12 October 2026, fixed Starlink dishes went offline for about 37 minutes a day on average, and Starlink dishes on RVs and boats for about 61 minutes a day.
Starlink also switches each dish to a new satellite every 15 seconds, and a switch can cause a short dropout. Even a perfectly installed Starlink dish goes offline, and about 7 in 10 Starlink users on Speedify use Starlink together with a second internet connection, like 4G/5G cellular.
Combining 4 Starlink Dishes Gives Faster Uploads and Downloads and Fewer Dropouts
A single Starlink dish downloads at 45 to 280 Mbps and uploads at 10 to 30 Mbps, but the speed changes through the day with how busy the network is, the weather, and the moments when your Starlink dish switches satellites.
Using 4 Starlink dishes together helps you:
- Get more upload and download speed than one Starlink dish can give you
- Stay online when one Starlink dish has a problem
- Keep video calls, streaming and remote work smooth
Instead of buying expensive routers built to combine internet connections, you can use Speedify, an app that runs right on your computer, your phone or a supported router.
What You Need to Combine 4 Starlink Dishes with Speedify
Speedify is an app that combines Wi-Fi, 4G/5G cellular, Ethernet, Starlink and satellite internet into one internet connection that is faster, more reliable and more secure for live streaming, video calls, games, web browsing and everything else you do online.
To combine several Starlink dishes on one computer with Speedify, you need:
- Four working Starlink dishes
- A Starlink Ethernet adapter for each Starlink router you connect with an Ethernet cable, if that Starlink router has no Ethernet port
- An active Speedify subscription
How to Connect 4 Starlink Dishes to One Computer with Speedify and Share the Internet over Wi-Fi
- Install your 4 Starlink dishes as Starlink’s instructions for multiple dishes describe, at least 0.9 meters (about 3 feet) apart.
- Connect all 4 Starlink routers to one Windows, macOS or Linux computer. Any mix of Ethernet ports, USB Ethernet adapters, built-in Wi-Fi and USB Wi-Fi adapters works: for example 2 Ethernet and 2 Wi-Fi, or 1 Wi-Fi and 3 Ethernet. On a Mac, USB Wi-Fi adapters only work with an Intel processor and macOS 11 Big Sur or older, so connect the extra Starlink routers with Ethernet cables.
- For even fewer dropouts, add a 4G/5G cellular connection too: connect an iPhone or Android phone to the computer with a USB cable to share its cellular connection, or use a USB cellular modem.

- Open Speedify on the computer. For the most speed, set the connection priority of all 4 Starlink internet connections to Primary. If you added cellular, set it to Backup so it’s only used when your Starlink dishes drop.
- Test your internet speed with the speed test built into Speedify, or a speed test site like speedtest.net or fast.com.
- Share the combined internet connection over Wi-Fi with your other devices, like tablets and phones, from a computer running Windows, macOS or Linux.
What You Get from Combining 4 Starlink Dishes with Speedify
Speedify gives you options: run it as an app on your computers, phones and supported routers, or get a ready-made router that runs Speedify.
Either way, you get more upload and download speed for streaming, video calls and large downloads and uploads. And if one Starlink dish goes down, Speedify keeps you online on the others.
All 4 Starlink dishes use the same Starlink network and switch satellites on the same 15-second schedule, so a Starlink outage in your area affects all of them, and so does the short dropout at each satellite switch. That’s why adding a 4G/5G cellular connection, as in step 3, is worth it.
If you live in a remote area and depend on Starlink, combining 4 Starlink dishes with Speedify is a simple way to get faster, more reliable internet without complex networking gear, whether you are on Zoom calls, uploading large files, gaming online, or keeping the whole family connected.
