Speedify 16.0 Is Now Available
The latest version 16 of Speedify is now available for your devices running Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Linux and OpenWrt. Speedify enables you to securely combine multiple internet connections (Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, Ethernet, Starlink, Satellite and more) to increase bandwidth, minimize latency and get failover protection.
Make sure you update Speedify on all your devices, including computers, smartphones, tablets and supported routers.

About Local Load Balancer Bonding Mode
Speedify’s Local Load Balancer Bonding Mode allows you to distribute network traffic across your available Internet connections - Starlink, Wi-Fi, 4G / 4G cellular, Ethernet, other satellite, etc - without connecting to Speedify’s VPN servers or encrypting traffic. This mode is designed for users who want to use multiple connections without the overhead or restrictions of routing traffic through a VPN server.
It’s ideal when you want Speedify’s intelligence and resilience but prefer to keep traffic local and unencrypted, for example, in retail networks, kiosks, or embedded devices.
Instead of tunneling data through a remote Speed Server, the load balancer runs entirely on your device. It monitors connection performance and traffic, steering new network flows to the best available Internet connection: Wi‑Fi, 4G / 5G cellular, Ethernet, or satellite, based on:
- Performance: latency, packet loss, and jitter
- Cost: favoring cheaper or unlimited links like Wi‑Fi before using metered cellular
- Reliability: automatically avoiding “dead” or unstable hotspots.

About Performance Enhancing Proxy (PEP)
Speedify’s Performance Enhancing Proxy (PEP) works on your supported Speedify router to improve the performance of client devices on the router and Internet performance on wireless, long‑range, or unreliable connections.
It uses TCP acceleration to keep data flowing efficiently even when latency or packet loss would normally slow things down.
When devices send TCP traffic through the router, Speedify intercepts it locally, wraps it in its own faster protocol, and reassembles it as standard TCP on Speedify’s cloud servers. Destinations such as content delivery networks (Cloudflare, Amazon), cloud service providers (AWS, Azure) or newsroom CMS systems see only smoother, faster performance.
Originally developed for satellite Internet links with high latency, this technology now boosts performance across modern wireless and bonded connections used by mobile reporters and live streamers. As expectations for reliability grow, Speedify’s PEP brings satellite‑grade acceleration to everyday Internet connections such as Wi-Fi, 4G / 5G cellular, DSL, etc.
